These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at www.corpusjurislegal.com (the “Website”), operated by Corpus Juris Legal, a unit of Unified Chambers & Associates (“we”, “our”, “the firm”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Terms are the only terms of use for the Website. They replace the separate Terms of Use previously published here.

1. Nature of the Website

This Website is published for general information. It does not constitute legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship. Our Legal Disclaimer forms part of these Terms.

In accordance with the rules of the Bar Council of India, this Website is not an advertisement or solicitation, and nothing on it should be read as one.

This Website is intended for people aged 18 and above. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into these Terms under Indian law.

“Corpus Juris Legal” and its logos are trade names and marks of the firm and may not be used without our prior written authorisation.

6. Guides, Templates and Resources

Legal guides, templates, checklists and other resources on the Website are for your personal information only. They are not legal advice and should not be used without independent legal review. Our Legal Disclaimer sets out the terms that apply to templates and model documents.

If you give us your contact details to receive a resource or updates, we use them as our Privacy Policy describes.

7. Contact Forms and Submissions

When you submit information through a form on the Website, you confirm that it is accurate and complete. Submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship, and what you send may not be treated as privileged or confidential until a written engagement letter is in place.
